Welcome! These policies keep everything clear, fair, and magical. By booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. How It Works  

  1. Inquiry/Form → You fill out my Custom Poem form.  
  2. Quote → I reply within 24 hrs with price + timeline.
  3. Deposit → 50% non-refundable secures your slot. 
  4. Draft → First version in 5–10 days (rush available). 
  5. Revisions → 2 rounds included.  
  6. Final Payment → Balance due on approval.  
  7. Delivery → High-res PDF + Google Doc within 48 hrs.

2. Pricing  

  • Starting at $180** (micro poem, ≤12 lines, simple theme)  
  • Average $350–$800** (weddings, memorials, corporate)

  • All prices USD.
  • I accept cash, or I'll create a custom product for you so you can check out using my online shop (accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop, and more).

3. Revisions  

Two (2) minor rounds FREE (word tweaks, 1–2 lines).

  •  Extra rounds: $25-50/per - depending on poem length.  
  • Major changes (new theme, +10 lines) = new quote.

4. Rush Orders  

  • <5 days: +25%  
  • <48 hrs: +50% (availability limited)

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Before deposit Full slot released
After deposit, before draft 0% (deposit = kill fee)
After draft 25% of total retained
Poet cancels 100% refund + $50 apology credit


6. Rights & Usage  

  • You get: Personal license (print, frame, read aloud).  
  • I keep: Copyright + portfolio rights (anonymized).  
  • Full buyout (you own it): +100%.  
  • No resale, NFT, or commercial use without buyout.

7. Confidentiality  

Your story stays private. I’ll never share names or details without written permission. Drafts are watermarked until paid.

8. Satisfaction Promise 

Not thrilled? We revise until you are (within the 2 rounds). If we can’t make it work, final payment is waived — you only pay the deposit.
